Account Receivables and Invoicing

Accounts receivable services may include creating invoices to send to your customers, providing monthly statements, recording of bank deposits, and reporting of aged receivables. All invoices are prepared and printed by your bookkeeper in accordance with established procedures and distributed upon your final approval.

Financial Reports

Having the ability to access accurate financial information is key to operating a successful business. With Creative Associates you can have financial reports generated on a regular basis which will enable you to review your finances in a clear and concise manner. This helps in making prudent business and financial decisions.

Accounts Payables and Paying Bills

Accounts payable services may include posting and payment of vendor bills, keeping track of manually paid bills, reporting of detailed aged payables and cash requirements as well as handle year end 1099 forms. Our services ensure that all vendor payments are made by their due dates and follow established procedures for payment. Checks are prepared and printed by your bookkeeper and sent out after your final approval and an authorized signature. We also have online bill pay through your bank.

Payroll Integration

Not every business owner realizes the importance of staying on top of payroll. One mistake or late tax payment can cost you – big time. At Creative Associates we work  with  your own accountant to streamline your payroll process. This ensures that your payroll is handled in a timely and efficient manner, and is recorded properly on your books.

​Bookkeeping Services

At Creative Associates we'll assist your business with tracking daily transactions such as purchases, sales, receipts and payments, either made by individual employees or the company.   

Off-site services

In response to smaller operations with limited office space we now provide off-site services. As a result there is no need for designated office space or to invest in an additional PC or software. All your Accounting data is recorded and stored on our computers using Quickbooks. A reporting system can be set up to enable you to review your financial information in a clear and concise manner allowing you to make prudent business and financial decisions.
